Learn to practice specialized attentive Yoga and Tai Chi (Chair yoga is available).

I offer a very down to earth approach, limiting Yoga jargon and exotic practices. We will keep it simple.

We would like to help you breathe easier for all of your times, and move in peace and confidence.

Holistic treatment should not challenge your religious beliefs. It is not a required system of any religion but is a universal call to wellness. As your body/mind clears you may embrace your own roots more fully (religious or otherwise). Be open minded, try for a beginner’s mind.

Be skeptical, too. It’s too easy to spout new age talk. Experience the modalities, and then remember what works and what makes sense to you.
