My clinical focus is the quality and safety of your overall functional activity including recreational pursuits. We’ll work to improve balance, strength and flexibility, and overall body awareness, while introducing you to easy and effective types of mindfulness or meditation.
Learn to practice specialized attentive Yoga and Tai Chi (Chair yoga is available).
I offer a very down to earth approach, limiting Yoga jargon and exotic practices. We will keep it simple.
