I do not espouse any specific religious beliefs in my training. I feel that movement, mindfulness, and breathing can do wonders for one’s strength, balance, stress management, and safety.
Even a broken heart, is an open heart…
basked in the glorious tearing of love unlimited,
blessed opening: tears and sadness of bright love
and how to prepare…to live with this boundless love.
That intensity, fear of loss. I say as I tried, adding layers of protection: space, metal, wood, leather, and time.

pouring out through the happiness of others
I give you my love, may you be free from anguish.
Honor religions that have removed violence from their core, and replaced it with love.
Honor all races. Does this really need to be written?
Honor all people. Do you think you are better than others? Think about this. It is not true.
Honor the outside world and inhabitants.
Realize that deep spiritual writings are a part of many cultures and belief systems. Use discernment. You don’t need to become a member of these other cultures or systems, but do allow other uplifting messages about love and inclusion to shine a light back on your beliefs.
